He is the force behind Xanadu’s novel and inspiring commitment to develop and transform the hitherto developer-centric realty sector into a customer-centric model. Armed with over 25+ years of knowledge and proficiency across a myriad of industries such as automobile, retail, technology and real estate, Karthik has managed the task of compiling a mélange of diverse know-how and expertise accumulated from a multitude of sectors. An alumnus of the renowned Vellore Institute of Technology, he achieved his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering in the year 1990. Karthik then moved on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
He is responsible for developing the product design at the conceptual level, executing strategic thought and consumer-friendly solutions, supervising the company sales, marketing and finance, and tapping into existing and potential opportunities in the real estate sector. He is a commerce graduate from the eminent Shriram College of Commerce before commencing a post-graduate diploma in finance from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. He commands an experience of over 25+ years in the domains of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and fundraising. Anurag has previously worked as the CFO, board member and advisor of Lodha Group.
As a part of the founding team at Xanadu, Vikas is accredited with carving a bespoke best in class real estate team with a matchless culture that blends a high achievement success-drive with a distinct people-first philosophy. Before assuming the position of CEO, he held the post of Director at Xanadu. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Microbiology and Chemistry before pursuing his MBA-Marketing from the renowned FMS MDS University, Rajasthan. He enjoys a consummate knowledge base of over two decades in diverse sectors. He has over fifteen years of solid experience in FMCG sales and marketing in the Middle-east and India across companies like Cadbury, P&G, Reckitt-Benckiser and Marico before returning to India to lead the sales division at Lodha Group, the real estate giants. He is undoubtedly one of the most proficient leaders in the realty sector.
K. N. Swaminathan
‘Swami’, as he is fondly known at Xanadu is an industry veteran with over 33 years of experience across large entities. He is a Chartered Accountant with deep-rooted experience in taking companies to the public markets with careful attention to detail and diligence.
Prior to Xanadu Realty, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer of Kolte Patil Developers and has also worked with Reliance Communication and Lodha Group. He has successfully executed transformative business initiatives – not only steering organisation-wide processes, and solutions, but also effectively planning and executing projects in complex regulatory and competitive ecosystems across India.
Vijay Kumar, an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and BITS Pilani, Vijay Kumar is a technology leader with over 15 years of demonstrated success in building new technology products, and solutions, driving data-driven digital transformation in B2B, B2C, SaaS and Enterprise space and leading teams across multiple geographies (US, EMEA, APAC). He has been successful in applying technical and operational expertise to create business value at scale by aligning business strategies with technology solutions that increase productivity, reduce costs and drive profit acceleration.
A cloud enthusiast with a deep understanding of highly scalable cloud solutions, distributed computing, big data processing, AI/ML, and analytics systems have been successfully designing aesthetically pleasing products operating at an unhindered scale. Vijay has held various key leadership positions across engineering verticals in companies like LeadSquared, Altisource, Ingersoll Rand, Accenture, and Honeywell.
Jay H Shaah
A gold medalist from Mumbai university in Masters of Commerce and Masters in Financial Management from NMIMS, Jay has 21 years of work experience spread across sectors like retail banking, insurance and real estate. His core lies in managing operations, Direct sales and customer service with a strategic bent of mind. Jay has worked in large organisations like ICICI Bank and Citibank where he has been instrumental in setting up the credit cards and customer service business. He has also handled large businesses at the leadership level, all of which have their substantial contributions coming through Direct Channels. In his last role at Lodha Group, Jay was the Head of PreSales vertical contributing to 25 projects across mass, affordable housing and luxury projects with his expertise on database and cross-project management. In his current capacity, Jay has been the founding member of Xanadu heading the Direct business of PreSales and Digital marketing.
Rachit is MBA – Marketing from IIFM Bhopal, with over 18 years of experience he has a knack for building profitable businesses and managed high-performance turnaround teams encompassing multiple high net-worth portfolios across Real Estate, Insurance, Banking & FMCG. He has an elaborate work experience in Luxury and affordable residential housing projects and Retail commercial real estate sector.
At Xanadu, he has been Managing & overseeing real estate project Sales and Strategic relationships over last 5 years. He has been leading huge teams of dedicated and well-connected professionals to deliver real-estate solutions for both Commercial & Residential Portfolios. He has been managing multiple Large-scale Projects, Acquisitions, Negotiation, Manpower planning & Budgeting along with Strategic Business Planning. He is now leading the Pune Business as Director.
An MBA graduate with 19 years’ experience in Real Estate, FMCG, ISP, Telecom and Money Remittance in both Indian and International markets in companies like Lodha, Coca Cola, Sify, Vodafone, Xpress Money (UK) and Transfast (UK). A combination of sales, operational expertise and strategy development turning around slow performing businesses. Vivek handled large number of people as well as leading small high caliber teams in business development strategy and market planning. He is responsible for building Xpress Money’s international remittance business from an annual GMV of $1 million in 2008 to a $260 million in 2013 by collaborating with major banks and establishing a complete distribution model across the European Economic Area. At Lodha, he was responsible for building the corporate business for the organisation and contributing to all segments from affordable housing to luxury. As part of the founding team of Xanadu, he has been instrumental in building the sales business across multiple clients and spearhead various sell out projects across the MMR region.
