One Kalyan
Ajmera One Kalyan is a residential Real Estate project in Shahad. This 9-acre land comprises of 3 phases of residential 1 & 2 BHK, homes in Phase 1, which is to be followed by Phases 2 & 3 that will be developed in the near future. This 22-storied structure was first launched in Nov. 2021 with carefully curated luxuries viz. 4 Podiums, an Amenity Deck, and a massive clubhouse.
Not everyone’s happy place
The ‘Shahad’ location negatively impacted our target audience in Kalyan, while the competition offered multiple amenities in relatively large land parcels, while Ajmera One Kalyan offered a relatively small land parcel minimizing the scope for multiple amenities.
What the people want
Market Speak: There is a huge inventory overhang due to unmet demand for distinct 1 & 2 BHK apartments, while available 1BHKs do not appeal to the micro-market due to their size, make and location.
Customer Speak: Though customers have multiple options to choose from, there is no substantial difference.
Product Speak: Our product was better designed compared to competitors in terms of the inventory size and brand alliances.
